Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes the rules and guidelines for using the WiseDay Concierge platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

1. Permitted Use

The Service is provided for legitimate business and consumer purposes: discovering and exploring businesses on the map, claiming and managing business storefronts, purchasing and trading digital parcels, planning day trips, and interacting with business listings.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information, including claiming a business you do not own or represent.
• Post content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, or that promotes violence or discrimination.
• Upload content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems (including hacking, password mining, or exploiting vulnerabilities).
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data from the Service without our express written permission.
• Spam or send unsolicited messages through the Service's communication features.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including servers, networks, or the map infrastructure.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Manipulate view counts, click counts, ratings, or other metrics through artificial means.
• Resell, lease, or sublicense access to the Service itself (digital parcels may be traded through the Service's own marketplace features).

3. Business Listings

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their storefront content. Listings containing prohibited content (illegal products/services, adult content, weapons, or regulated goods) will be removed. We may verify business addresses and other details and reserve the right to reject or remove listings that fail verification.

4. Reviews & User-Generated Content

Reviews and comments must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We prohibit fake reviews, paid reviews, reviews intended to manipulate ratings, and reviews that contain personal attacks, profanity, or irrelevant content. We may remove reviews that violate these standards.

5. Outreach & Email

The Service sends outreach emails to unclaimed business profiles. Recipients who are not the business owner should contact us to opt out. Using the Service's email features to send harassing, deceptive, or spam content is prohibited.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Removal of the offending content.
• Temporary suspension of the account.
• Permanent termination of the account.
• Forfeiture of purchased digital parcels or subscriptions without refund.
• Referral to law enforcement if the violation involves illegal activity.

7. Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this policy, contact us through the Service's support channels. Include the relevant details and, if possible, a link to the offending content.
