DMCA / Copyright Policy

Last updated: September 7, 2026

WiseDay Concierge respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Service to do the same. This policy describes how to report copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and how we handle such reports.

1. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to us with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
  • Identification of the material on the Service that you claim is infringing, including the URL or sufficient detail to locate it.
  • Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Send DMCA notices through the Service's support channels. We will review and respond to valid notices promptly.

2. What Happens After We Receive a Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed.
  • Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

3. Filing a Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your district (or where you are located) and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the DMCA notice.

4. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has had content removed for copyright infringement three or more times.

5. Bad-Faith Notices

Filing a false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages. We reserve the right to seek damages from parties who file notices in bad faith or for the purpose of harassment.
